Wedding Ceremony Details

 

The ceremony will be for family only.

 

Date - Saturday, September 20, 2025

 

Time - 3:00 pm

 

Place - Lake Woodhaven Pavilion, Montgomery Bell State Park, Burns, Tennessee
 

Attire - Weather Appropriate, State Park, Snappy Casual

 

• For dudes: Please be comfortable! Do not wear a suit and tie, or your Big Kahuna Surf Shop t-shirt. Do wear a hawaiian shirt and nice shorts. Or slacks and a polo. Be cool.
   

• For gals: Please be comfortable! Do not wear anything formal. The bride will be in a casual dress, so you can do the same. Or crop pants and a nice top. Be cool!

 

How to get there - Enter Montgomery Bell State Park from the main entrance at the intersection of Highway 48 and Jackson Hill Road. There is no entrance fee. Once in the park, follow signs to the "Lake Woodhaven" Pavilion and turn left onto Jackson Cemetary Road. You'll then turn right on Camp 1 Road. There is a parking lot at the end of Camp 1 Road, and the Lake Woodhaven Pavilion is on the right.

Should you enter the park from the other direction, you might see signs for the Lake Woodhaven Boat Ramp. That takes you down Camp 2 Road, and it will not get you to our Pavilion. Continue until you see Camp 1 Road.
 

Photographs - After the ceremony, we will take advantage of the family gathering in a pretty setting so we can take family photographs.
